RULES OF DESKR

When purchasing any products from Deskr (and associated shops), you agree to the following:

  • Orders can be cancelled if they have NOT been shipped: items that have a tracking label created cannot be cancelled.
  • Shipping address must be double checked before placing order. Deskr is NOT responsible for any failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping address. Orders that are returned back to the Deskr warehouse due to failed delivery will be either returned back to the customer at the cost of shipping or will be refunded the product cost minus $10 restocking fee.
    • Request a cancellation prior to your order shipping to guarantee cancellation.
  • Orders can NOT be modified after the order has been shipped; if there are any issues or changes you need on your order please contact us here
    • After an order has been shipped and processed, no modifications are allowed.
  • Orders placed and received are final sale. We don't accept returns on products, sadly, we do not have the infrastructure to do so.
  • For any UPDATES regarding Deskr on products, sales, shipment, delays, events please refer to our Discord Server.
  • Deskr Shop reserves the right to cancel your order given any circumstance. We at Deskr are friendly and caring people, we appreciate our customers and want to provide you with the best of the best experience with our products and service. Please don't make us cancel your order for any liable issues against you; we appreciate all humans 😊

RETURNS - REPLACEMENTS - REFUNDS

All orders shipped/delivered are final, and can NOT be returned for either a replacement or a refund. Exceptions will be made for items with manufacturing defects; if you have received an item with a noticeable defect, please contact us immediately by filling out the form on the contact us page here

Damages & Issues:

  • Please verify your order after you have received it for any issues (item is defective, damaged, or wrong item) and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation. Our priority is to deliver customers with the best service along with the best products; we're human, forgive us for any mistakes :)
  • Note that any damage caused by the shipping company is not our responsibility/liability, any claims for damage must be taken up with by the designated shipping provider.
  • Damages or defects to the products must be reported to support within 10 days of delivery otherwise there will be no refunds or replacements for the product.

Route+ Package Protection

  • If you add Route+ package protection at checkout then your order will be insured. This means if your package is lost, stolen or damaged then you will be able to file a claim on the package. If your claim is approved then you will have the option to reorder or refund the product. We can assist in claims if need so, but, we are not liable for these damages.

Exchanges/Replacements:

  • We do not offer any exchanges or replacements on any of our products. Our shipping-logistics can not handle any sort of exchanges or replacements of any kind. Please make sure when placing an order, everything looks to your needs. If you have placed an order and need to request any modifications, please contact us right away so we can do our best to change what's needed (note that this will not guarantee any modifications).

Refunds & Returns:

  • If you wish to request a refund on a product that has not been shipped, please use the contact us form immediately to notify us of any changes. You can also request to cancel your order (prior to it being shipped) by simply replying back to the order confirmation email you received through Shopify.
  • If you have received any defective item(s), and its been assessed by a Deskr team member, it will be considered as a special circumstance for a replacement/refund (please note, this is only done through a case-by-case basis). We will not offer any sort of replacement/refund on an item we see damaged by the customer. Our team values quality control, and products shipped out from our center will be verified for any major defects. We are humans, and some things may slip, please contact us and we can verify any issues.
  • Returns will be considered once assessed by a Deskr team member. If the item is being returned at the fault of the customer, then the customer must pay for the return shipping label along with a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.
  • Due to the recent update of Shopify's transaction fees policy, any orders that have been placed will be subject to a non-refundable transaction fee. This states that the transaction fees associated with your order, after it has been placed, will not be refunded.

Failed Deliveries:

  • We recommend all customers to double and triple check their mailing address before proceeding with checkout. Address can be changed if you have not received a tracking number but if you are issued a tracking number that means your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier and Deskr is no longer responsible for any changes on the order.
  • If you happen to enter a wrong address and the package fails to deliver then there is a chance the package will arrive back to the Deskr warehouse. If we have received the package at the warehouse we can either:  
    • US Orders:
      • Issue a full refund for the product minus $10 for the restocking fee.
      • Ship it to the correct address but customer must pay $10 for shipping costs.
    • International Orders:
      • Issue a full refund for the product minus $10 for the restocking fee (Shipping costs will not be refunded).
      • Ship it to the correct address but customer must pay for shipping costs.
  • A refund and reshipment will ONLY be considered once the package has been returned and received at the Deskr warehouse.
  • Route will NOT cover any packages that are shipped to the wrong address. Route will also NOT be refunded if a refund is issued for failed delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY

The team at Deskr strives to work hard everyday, and we want to put in the sweat for our customers and their products. Shipping is a tedious job and it should be done right, that's why the team personally packages your product so it can be delivered with the utmost assurance of quality and security. No fulfillment centers attached to our logistics, just two dudes working overtime to deliver your quality Deskr goods.

Shipping Regions and where we ship to:

  • Deskr offers shipping to every country.
  • All orders placed in the U.S. for U.S. delivery will receive FREE shipping automatically at checkout!
  • For our International customers, we offer a wide variety of shipping options at checkout.

Shipping Processing Time:

  • Orders will require a maximum of 1 business day for processing and label-creation. Please note, the team at Deskr will do its best to ship out a customers product ASAP. Expect delays from both the shipping provider and any natural or epidemic disasters.
  • We ship products out the same day if you order before 4pm CST Monday through Friday. Exceptions made on US Holidays.
  • We want our customers to receive their order quickly and securely, and there are many factors that can delay this process. We plan ahead for any deterring factors, but please regularly check for updates on our Discord server or on any of our socials.
  • Shipping time can vary from location to location, and region to region. Please check your tracking number for the best updates regarding the delivery of your package.

Cost of Shipping:

  • Orders placed in the U.S. will receive FREE shipping! That's right, FREE shipping to any orders in the U.S.
  • Orders shipped internationally will be required to pay for shipping at checkout. There will be multiple options for customers to pick.

International Shipping

  • UK Customers
    • For our UK customers, due to the new VAT Laws implied through Brexit, starting January 2021 all duties and taxes must be collected at checkout to comply with UK VAT Laws.
    • UK customers will be checking out with the product cost, shipping cost and duties/taxes.
  • All other International Customers
    • International customers not in the UK will only be paying for the product and shipping at checkout . Duties and taxes will be charged post delivery and it is the customers responsibility to pay the duties and taxes. We are not implementing taxes and duties at checkout due to the variances across countries. This will allow for us to streamline our shipping logistics as well as cheaper solutions for our customers.

Lost or Damaged in Transit:

  • Any and all orders that were lost or damaged during transit, Deskr will not be responsible for. Once the package has been sent to the shipping carrier, Deskr removes all responsibility and is then transferred over to the shipping carrier.
  • To coupe with possible order issues during transit, Deskr will offer Route Shipping protection to better assist with any lost/stolen/damaged orders. Do note, the option to purchase Route Shipping Protection must be added by customer on placement of order. Orders do not automatically qualify for Route Shipping Protection; it must be added at checkout.
  • Delay or failure of delivery through shipping service will not be Deskr responsibility. Any factors outside of Deskr control will not be considered for a replacement or refund.

Route+ Package Protection

  • If you add Route+ package protection at checkout then your order will be insured. This means if your package is lost, stolen or damaged then you will be able to file a claim on the package. If your claim is approved then you will have the option to reorder or refund the product. We can assist in claims if need so, but, we are not liable for these damages.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
